  2. The history of the guy who took her and killed her is not unique. The jails are full of these freaks. I think most of them are born with" twisted wiring"....some are raised in bad surroundings that promote violence, lack of respect for any life, human or otherwise. Violence, including bullying, grabbing, raping and killing is how they handle their reactions. This guy had a 20 year sentence for aggravated assault and whatever else, but he got released after 8 years. Had he done his full sentence, Eliza would still be alive. The judges that let these monsters out, to vacate a space for another criminal, should be responsible for their new crimes. Evidently they are not rehabilitated as the moment they get out of jail , they do it again. They learned nothing while we fed them and kept them alive. We need to STOP that. Bring the death penalty back with NO appeals........They need to re-cycle........We need to fix this broken system we have. They are not even afraid of getting caught. It is their new normal . Catch and release......

  3. Well evidently someone was missing a safety chip. I live in Memphis and I do not go anywhere at night. If you have to, get a permit to carry a gun as it can be life saving. Have it on your belt and keep your hand on it. Be a good marksman as your gun will define whether you live or die. Eliza did not know this. She was busy practicing nursery songs. Survival is becoming a talent , we have to acquire , living in certain cities. If we fail the test, we may just lose our lives. Someone should have told her, to get a gun or keep her running to day time, with a friend and a dog. She was alone and a sitting duck for a deviant perp. Happens a lot.

  4. Well, considering her grandfather was a philanthropist/ billionaire and her aunt is a city attorney, yes, she was special and she should have had a body guard or taken a class in safety. She takes off her coat like she received a programing, What text showed up on her phone ? Did something tell her to go jump in the water ? People can be programmed to respond that way.
