  1. If we look at pics of the crash, we can see one seat ejecting further away from the diving plane and another that seems to not have enough altitude to open . Did Captain Casey have to physically activate her ejection seat ? just wondering. So tragic. I actually did not notice any chute opening. It looked like streams, both did.
