  43. Having trouble breathing is not enough to get on a vent. They first get O2 . He had that. The saturation will tell you when to intubate and by then, you are almost passed out. He did that at home alone on his couch. He evidently passed out and died. Had to be pretty quiet or she would have heard him calling for help.

I think she had replaced the memory of her father by the existence of her son. She told everyone he was just like her dad; well, he evidently had some physical characteristics, but he likely got them from her. I think she was crying for her son, at that Award, not her dad. Maybe she was also crying for herself. She was a mess. Stuck in a time warp there.......Living in the shadow of the dead. Now, she can stop pretending.
