  1.  @xxnightdriverxx9576  Problem is in weight of barrels and mount need to give this gun enough eleveation to shoot to fast moving targets like plane. Ealier 5 inch guns were only used to fight with ships and use longer barrels. Later they became dual purpose with shorter one.
