  1. Phil you are in mistake. Proporcional system promote parties that are centralized. That cause more power to leaders than democratic majorite in party organisation.

  2.  @ADifferentBias  If you create system in which people vote for party not for idividual candidates (and that is result of proporcional system), you basicly handeling over pover to party leaders, because in the end they will decide who is in party list. Independent candidates will be without chance in this system. This is result of cuting direct vote on single candidates.
