  1. It 100% needs to be abolished as it failed to do its purpose which was to keep a president like Trump out. I GUARANTEE that if Republicans won the popular vote but lost the electoral vote, they'd push to abolish it. A quicker way of effectively abolishing it might by the NPVIC if we can get enough trifectas next year.
