Democrats need better messaging to counteract the Republican‘s “socialism” label. They should point out that Trump and the GOP’s ultimate goal was to institute a fascist regime.

Democrats have NEVER advocated for a Cuban or North Korean style of government. Socialism is used by the GOP as a way to turn people who aren’t educated enough to know what it actually means away from Democrats. In fact, voting Republican is against these voter’s interests as their ultimate goal was, with Trump, to institute a fascist regime!

@aeroripper For some voters, it would work, and we need to fix our education system so that people know the actual meaning of the term.

@danfisher9825 The Republican definition is anything that they don’t like even though no Democrat has ever actually proposed policies that meet the actual definition which according to Google is: “a political and economic theory of social organization which advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a whole.”

@danfisher9825 I said that it was his goal. He wasn’t successful. He has casted doubt on the results, said that he might not concede and hasn’t conceded, etc.
