  8.  @stephanielewis5595  January 20th at noon is when Biden will be sworn in. Hawaii’s four electors are going to vote in about an hour from when I posted this comment and are expected to vote for Biden. All of the other 534 electors have already voted, and Biden has 302 so far, and Trump has 232. It takes 270 to win, so Biden has officially won the election.
