This scenario is HIGHLY unlikely because you'd need thirty-seven faithless electors for it to work, and that many faithless electors has only happened once in our nation's history, and that was because Horace Greeley died after the election but before the Electoral College voted. This would be a much bigger threat if say Biden won 270-268 or 271-267.
