  1. If someone in that crowd gets COVID-19 and dies, which is likely, sue him for wrongful death. In fact, we should file a wrongful death lawsuit for the 200,000 deaths that he caused due to his HORRIBLE COVID-19 response.

  2.  @CarolinaBlood704  I highly doubt that they'd sue Trump. After all, many believe that it's fake, and many believe that Democrats manufactured the virus in a lab to hurt Trump. Also, if they got it, they'd blame Democrats.
