  1. I'd argue yes. The reason is that many, many people, such as seniors and others, depend on the postal service to get vital goods such as medicine, and if they can't get their medicine in time, they'll blame it on the GOP for the sabotage of the post office. Even if it's not a life threatening thing such as medicine, people will be angry if they didn't get a bill on time and now have to pay a late fee or have the service canceled.
