@pyrite13 I agree that people need to respect others and police, but police also need reform.
I think that officers should be held accountable when the violate your rights. This article explains why I think that it needs to be repealed.

Deescalate means using non-violent methods when possible. Of course, you may have to shoot in some cases, but take the case of the man in Wisconsin getting shot in the back seven times last week. Was that necessary? I don't think so. I think that tackling him and restraining and handcuffing him would've worked just as well.
I agree with you on that. I'd add that if the camera breaks while on-duty, you can't be penalized, provided that you inform the department about it.
No-knock warrants, as we saw with Breonna Taylor, poses a danger to both civilians and police officers. A simple statement stating that they're police and here's what we're going to do should be given. If, for instance, that statement was given, she may still be alive. If someone busts down the door, you may assume that it's an intruder and act accordingly. You could even begin executing what you said you're going to immediately after giving said statement to reduce the chance of criminals destroying evidence or escaping.
The goal of that is to treat drug usage with treatment and rehabilitation rather than locking people up. Like prohibition, I think that the war on drugs has been a failure. People shouldn't spend decades behind bars because of drug possession.
