  1. I think that he was for two reasons: 1: He separated children from their families and put them in what were essentially concentration camps, and Obama didn't do that. 2: He stole money from the military to build an ineffective and crumbling wall that Mexico was supposed to pay for.

  2.  @luchi.el.zorrito  It is when Congress didn't authorize the construction of a border wall. Trump had a Republican Congress doing his first two years, so he could've gotten it done with no help from Democrats then.
