  1. In theory, yes, but in practice no because the odds of at least 37 faithless electors are slim to none.

  2.  @MG-ot2yr  Not necessarily. If 37 Biden electors vote for anyone except Biden, even if it's not Trump, it would go to the House of Representatives, which would choose Trump.

  3.  @MG-ot2yr  He has 306, so 37 would give him 269, and given how partisan the GOP is, they'd pick Trump given the chance.

  4. ​ @michaelbeemer8019  It's not just all 435 members vote. If nobody gets a majority of electoral votes, then the House votes, but according to the Constitution, each state's delegation gets one vote, so even though Democrats will have a majority come 2021, Republicans have the majority in either 26 or 27 (depending upon IA-2) states, so that's why Trump would win if it went to the House.
