  3. One suggestion that I have is to research the ingredients in the vaccines before you get vaccinated and then try to figure out if you're allergic to any of the ingredients.

  4. If it caused serious harm, it wouldn't be on the market because they wouldn't want to face a lawsuit, and the FDA wouldn't have authorized it in the first place.
