  2. In a nutshell, Trump's policies are do whatever he can to profit, and do whatever he can to con his cult.

  3. Trump's policies are just as bad if not worse, so I'd say no if you're talking about what he actually wants to do. Now, some (but not all) of his policies are popular if you're talking about the ones that he runs on, even though he has no intent to implement them.
