  1. He needed one long ago because it's obvious that his brain is failing. It should be a requirement that presidents have to pass a yearly mental exam, and all candidates have to pass one before primaries begin.

  3. @brmbly I propose a body of current and former mental health professionals decide, and it wouldn’t disqualify everyone with a mental illness. Instead, they would disqualify anyone whose mental illness impacts their ability to do the job that the president requires.
