  2. This clause in Article 2 makes in unconstitutional. "The President shall ... have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment."

  3.  @appleciderhorror12  We can debate whether or not the president should have the pardon power, but Trump can't be pardoned by anyone because he was impeached.
