  2. It's definitely too late. You had a president who politicized the virus and wearing a mask, said that 15 cases would go to zero, encouraged the injection of disinfectant, and called it a hoax!

David, the reasons why are simple, and I think it's for two reasons: 1: Democrats are more likely to have been vaccinated, and so more cases and deaths are happening among those in the Republican Base because Republicans are more likely to not be vaccinated. 2: Republicans think that they could be or will be or are already getting blamed for the increase in COVID deaths and cases and the consequences that come along with it.
