  1. It is. The fact that a president can win the popular vote by as much as six points and not win the EC is a big problem. MAJOR reforms to the Constitution are needed because, right now, as designed, we're under minority rule.

  2.  @ParentOne1  There's checks and balances in theory, but in practice, they don't exist when one party controls the executive branch, judicial branch, and the Senate.
