  1. I think so because there was limited supply at first, so I believe that those who are most vulnerable should be the first to get the vaccine.

  2. It's a state by state basis as to who can get vaccinated. David didn't meet Massachusetts's criteria when he got it, but he mentioned that he got it because there were extra doses that would've gone to waste. I'm 20, and I got my first dose on Friday of last week because Georgia just opened up the eligibility last week to everyone 16 and older.
