  4. Nobody under the age of 16 can get vaccinated as the FDA hasn't authorized that. However, those who are 16 and 17 can get the Pfizer vaccine.

  5. Budget reconciliation is basically a tool that lets Congress pass legislation dealing with taxes and spending with only 51 votes in the Senate compared to the 60 votes that would be needed otherwise.
