  3.  @AceofCrazy89  It couldn't be challenged. The Constitution does not set a minimum or maximum size for the Supreme Court.

  5. Mitch would've done it in 2017 which would've meant even more right-wing judges. He had to get rid of it because Republicans filibustered every nominee. I think that if Democrats win a trifecta, they need to abolish it for legislation too.
