  1. I just need to specify, for the bullshit this official spews out of his mouth, he earns more in a year than most Africans are provided with in a lifetime. So when you see him being this adamant in his craft, and you can't comprehend how such depravity is humanly possible, remember that he's paid and trained the price of human lives to achieve this inconsistency.
