  11. If you count the investment on the game for eight years, the fact that it's a AAA PS5 title, and the massive marketing they had going for it (the long-ass CGI trailer is already in the tens of millions in my opinion), yes, this is 400 million dollars.

  12. I think people already explained this to death. You're wasting your time if you're looking at patents or whatever. We can all agree that Palworld is heavily inspired by Pokémon to say the least. So now that the game is a success, Nintendo wants what they believe to be their legitimate share of the money. I don't even know why Palworld's developer is acting all surprised, if we're honest that's a badge of honor. The proof that you've made the one Pokémon game that actually resonated enough to provoke Pokémon themselves.
