The only people who orchestrated this war were the Russians. Three invasions of Ukraine in 8 years. What did you want Ukraine to do in response.......roll out a red carpet and shower the invaders with flowers? Sheesh.

@AmongRevenants There is no way that anyone will look away as Russia starts to lose Crimea. The world knows that this is the key to the end of the Putin regime, and probably to the Russian Federation...........and of course, to the ending of the war. Putin won't be at the table negotiating anything, as he'll be dead or in house arrest in his dacha. Reparations can now legally be taken from Russian assets held abroad.

@jjryan1352 I'm pretty certain I know more than enough about world events, and about climate change, to be able to comment without embarassing myself. There is no government in the world who have a primary aim of harming their own farmers. None. It was a ridiculous claim. What you are talking about is collateral damage from the over-arching necessity of reducing global CO2 outputs. If you have some thesis which suggests farmers alone should be immune from this aim, please feel free to share it with us. You might want to include some figures about farming's share of CO2 emmissions, and why efforts shouldn't be made to reduce this.

@kushaliyersharma9688 Just cling to that nonsense if it makes you feel better. And choose your UN votes carefully, won't you. China NEVER condems anyone EVER. India daren't because they are in the middle of a massive arms deal with Russia, and because they were bribed with some cheap oil. That doesn't mean anyone supports illegal invasions (other than Iran and North Korea....the only two countries to support Russia in the last UN vote).

@oceanwave4502 Climate change didn't come out of nowhere. I studied it at university in the 70s, having first heard about it at school in the 60s. It took decades to get politicians to take it seriously, and it sounds like it will take decades more to get some of the populace to understand just how damn serious it is, and how robust the science is.
