  1. Ιllustration of the algorithms in a language for non-programmers is quite symbolic. The target audience don't even realize how far is such a keyword-based memorizing of popular concepts from actual learning and understanding stuff.

  2. One thing I've always been wondering about and couldn't find an answer yet. If a job at Google is such a catch, making their employees so brilliant at programming, then why is Youtube full of ex-Google programmers dancing in front of [mainly non-programming] audience to explain the very basic things to them? Why are these guru not selling their valuable expertise programming somewhere else for really attractive money? Or why do they not start a successful startup? That's a real mystery.
