  1. Or it will drive more people to small businesses that would be able to actually compete on a level playing field because they dont pay the corporate tax rate, thus injecting more money into local economies instead of funneling it out to billionaires… goodbye and good riddance, WalMart

  3.  @heavyd777  most small business file as LLC, which can elect to pay the corporate tax rate, but generally members of the LLC only pay self-employment tax rate on their take home share of profits
