  1. i had this sort of happen where i live.. was paying around 15-30 dollars a month then at the end of the year they gave me a $300 bill saying those were just estimates and I had to pay the difference… then they weirdly credited most of the $300 back to my account saying there was an error. Pretty sure there is some sketchy embezzlement scheme going on there idk.
