I do think the people who only have guns under the “they are for fighting tyrannical government” banner are problematic, so we likely are in agreement.. I prefer old fashioned cowboy style lever-action rifles and revolvers. The tactical stuff is sort of cringe

  2. and Louisiana is even worse.. it has become hell.. I dont remember it being like this when I was a kid and neither do the old timers.. Texas is a little dryer and at least Florida gets a breeze once in a while lol..

  5. yah i have all but given up trying to garden.. I had been trying to adjust my methods to better suit the weather, like planting in higher mounded rows because it was too wet and plants would drown… then we got basically no rain at all last year and the stuff in the high rows died from lack of water instead of drowning lol.. then there is trying to time the planting of cool-season green crops but realized they are now basically impossible in our climate because we will get a random 90°f day in the middle of a stretch of 50° weather and lettuce and things will bolt and turn bitter.. definitely been really extreme the past few years.
