And a lot of bikers seem to have a disposition like drivers will look out for them.....drivers already have to look out for other drivers, let alone bikers. The streets are narrow and full of potholes, craters and crevices, a person on a bike that appears out of nowhere is gonna get the least amount of attention.

So that's basically cherry picking crimes and not keeping it equal across the board. If you're riding a bike in the streets of New Orleans, be very careful and make sure you are aware of your surroundings, it's not up to the drivers to keep you safe. Between dodging potholes, navigating narrow streets and looking out for other drivers, bikers are gonna get the least amount of attention.

They can't even be called roads, it's just ground....you need an atv or dune buggy in order not to be constantly fixing your alignment or motor mounts, and changing flat tires.   221.  @ashleygomila3561  I never said she was a great mayor, I didn't even say she is a good mayor, I'm just saying I don't feel we hold the same standards for mayor's of the past and I doubt we will hold them for mayor's of the future. I totally agree about the crime but again, it's not an isolated issue so I don't think bad crime stats is worthy of impeachment. I don't think any mayor has ever been removed from office for bad crime stats, and New Orleans isn't even in the top 20 for cities with the highest crime rate. So I don't see what all the hoopla is about. One can only assume it's for reasons other than her actual performance as a mayor.

  247.  @calvindelarosejr657  well good for you, but not everyone can and or don't wanna be be a ups driver. Luckily, driving ups isn't the only thing that keeps the economy going. It takes all kinds. And whether you are aware of it or not, you absolutely need those services to make your life easier and make the world go round. Any service you provide for money is a job. Being a teacher is a "real job" and they get paid 💩. There's drug dealers that make more than them and even you, that 100K you're so proud of isn't impressive. I door dash and make just under that, without punching a clock. Granted I don't have a wife and kids and like to work 6-7 days a week, but still. And it's not about what you make, it's about what you save, and I save 90% of what I make. But it puzzles me how people don't mind giving money to already mega rich corporations making a killing, but don't care about the actual people who are actually doing the work and make that corporation what it is. Because if it weren't for the drivers, the company wouldn't be worth a hill of beans. I'm guessing that's true for ups too. But I've noticed that most people don't care until it hits home, so WHEN it does please keep that same energy.

Listening to music all day that focuses on nothing but murder and acquiring money through criminal means, miiiight have something to do with it.....especially on young people who's minds are like sponges. It's not so cut and dry as just guns, it's multi faceted. Crime existed before guns. In countries where guns are illegal, there is still crime.
