Evacuating the squatters isn't gonna solve the homeless crisis.....those people aren't bothering anyone, they just need a roof over their heads, it's all they have, and they wanna take THAT from them too? Would they prefer to see them under the Claiborne bridge? Until someone buys that building and begins to renovate it, leave them be.

  2. Just what I was gonna say. The people squatting aren't bothering anyone, they aren't hanging out of the windows screaming and making noise. They just sleep there. Unless you're looking out for them, you probably wouldn't even notice anyone was in there. If they make them sleep in the streets they'll complain about that too. I would bet money that when it was a hospital, they were complaining about the noise and traffic..
