  1. The roads in the city are like those you would find in a small village in South America. They can't even be called roads, it's just ground....you need an atv or dune buggy in order not to be constantly fixing your alignment or motor mounts, and changing flat tires. Its like driving on the moon, nothing but craters and rocks all over the place. Its embarrassing....its a beautiful and charming city but the roads dont add to either of those, they're a cruel joke.
