Here are the facts: 1) He's diagnosed with 5 personality disorders 2) He's on 6 different anti psychotic medicines 3) His IDA states that he gets anxiety from sudden movements and to never snatch anything from him, or he may get violent 3) He wasn't fit to be in a public school and should have never been there in the first place, by law. 4) He was 17 when he did this, but recently turned 18 so they are charging him as a adult. 5) That woman was a teacher's assistant and had no authority to discipline children in the classroom, let alone do EXACTLY what his IDA says NOT to do There's a lot wrong here ....
