First, aid isn't out of love or empathy, as we've seen in many sanctioned nations. It's about controlling governments of those aided nations and inducing their pro-western corrupt leaderships. "Aids" are detrimental to Africa. It makes it dependent, dictatorial, kills its agricultural industries, sterilizes populations, etc... too evil. As an African, I prefer you better leave us starve, than protect our dictators from our revolutions

Honestly, we informed Africans and intellectuals wish if these foreign governments stop sending aids. It's not out of love of empathy that they're sending us, but for our resources, and for our governments to be corrupt in their favor. Africa's growth is a national security threat for every colonial power, as we'll annoy europe like China, but in different ways. Aids in Africa keeps our dictators to not fall with revolutionary changes, it halts our agricultural and industrial growth, it induces allegiance to the west, instead of nationalism, etc...

Aids are used to keep authoritarians in power, make us dependant on foreigners, avoid revolutions and change, and by only aiding friendly governments, we are kept poor systematically. Aids are fatal to our agricultural and industrial sectors, they distort the economy, and they make the westerners, like you, expect our thanks and worship. Did we aid western governments when you revolted? Now stop us if hou want us to free ourselves independently, it'll take time to stabilise and grow after revolutions, but it's for the greaer long term good.
