  1. The same thing was being said about TPLF and Tigray, the former unofficial governing body of Ethiopia, and they got nearly defeated, and that Ethiopia was going to be a new Yugoslavia. Now, the same thing is being said for Amhara. Amharas don't want independence at all. Amharas where the first building block of Ethiopia, their whole identity revolves around Ethiopia. Many of them want to get justice legitimately, and rule Ethiopia illegitimately, but never to divide Ethiopia

  2. ​​ @JamesKerLindsay  Yes indeed, and my claim was that amharas are even more integral part of Ethiopia, so they'll actually try to preserve the unity of the country over their rebellion if it takes. If it's for the unity of Ethiopia, you don't fear for amharas, but if it's for justice, then of course, you should fear everybody, even ones own ethnic political parties

  3.  @kingmj5675  exactly, and there are those like you, which is perfectly normal and rational, but you're not representative of most I know at least. I hope the best for you. This government has done alot bad to this country enough
