  3. The main difference is decentralisation and democratisation, and that taxes will be objective, not subjective. They shouldn't pay taxes just because it's decreed, but because they need it, mostly for a specific and temporary project. You honestly believe in centralised systems for local issues?? ​ @joenuts5167
