The massive water explosion will destroy downstream sudanese dams, which will accumulate more water and destroy aswan dams, which would destroy all of Egypt, that would cost some hundred billions to Egypt, while Ethiopia will lose only 5 billion of dam expenditure, and start building another one, since it won't be fully destroyed (like the saddle dam)
