I think they should have a sovereign wealth funds. And never get dependent on oil to finance development projects

@davidford3115 this is not how things should go. Saudi arabia did the same as you have said, but they are still not developed and are dependent on oil, despite being educated, healthy people with electricity and clean water access

@davidford3115 nah, which part of the sharia hampers it, education promotion, work habits, capitalism? Those are part of islam btw. Please tell me. It's just the unwise use of scarce resources. Look at Finland and the uae then, sovereign wealth funds wealth funds are the most effective ways of administration of natural resources wealths, rather than direct pump of money to sectors, which will produce lazy and unproductive producers in the long run
