  2. ​ @J_M05  France, the nation with the highest tax to gdp ratio in history, and one of the richest as well, can't afford public highways?! Perhaps we should look at the state and blame them rightfully.

If americans keep learning the wrong way and things about our systems, perhaps we shouldn't ​complain alot, it's our fault that we over-regulated and over complicated. I'm really tired now, I'll recommend you a channel, for quick insight. But if you studied this issue deeply, we'll find better ways.

  4. ​@mihneastefan6823 i agree. But the healthcare system and welfare system shouldn't be combined. So, hospitals will be private, but the state will not pay these hospitals directly for their services. It's rather the poor who'll spend it on anything. If that ill poor wanted traditional treatments, or independent medicines, or foreign healthcare systems, or even just use the money to enjoy the few days left for them. Eventually, when hospitals lose their monopolies, not only as hospitals, but also as preferred options (cuz some people will all leave the modern system and maybe comsider the traditional rout, foreign route or even no route) prices shall go down to attract that sweet sweet government healthcare funds. But of course, the government will get lobbied to claim nationalism (to avoid foreign options) and scientific method (to prevent any alternative options), and would stop these ideas.
