  1. This is stupid. A rich shouldn't be taxed for being rich, but for using public services and goods. And since the rich already pay for those, they shouldn't be taxed more. What should be done is that governments should focus on giving better services to the rich and CLOSE THE LOOPHOLES AND EVASION HOLES
