  5. Here, after the PALACE (Syrian Presidential Palace) Complex got into the rebels' hands. The regime has ended officially. Jolani ordered his forces to not violate or even enter public/government official civilian buildings, as the Prime Minister himself gave up to the forces peacefully in an official video. Tartus and Latakia on the shores have fallen even without any force, the regime has fallen and protesters are in control waiting for the rebel forces. Assad is no more but part of history.
