  1. I know plenty of people with high IQs who are immensely sociable and who have many friends along with a rich and varied social life. On the other hand, I also know plenty of people with high IQs who have abrasive and arrogant personalities and have few friends (for obvious reasons). I also know people with high IQs who are like me and prefer the solitary life, where we can think, read, write without external distractions. It depends on the individual psychological makeup of the person and NOT their IQ.
