  1. If masks are mandated, the child cannot remove it. If a mask has drug or offensive slogans on it, the child must be sent to the office for an administrative decision on the appropriateness, then sent to the health aide for a mask exchange. SUBSTITUTES DON'T HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO THIS!!! Take the matter to the superintendent and take your lawyer to the meeting.
