  3. The workplace is racist? No, companies hire the best educated, most well-trained, highest qualified candidates for even an entry-level position. You don't get that ditching classes and running with gangs. You get to be that by years of study, excellent grade point averages, internships, years of work in your field, and a proven track record. Military service helps.
