  3. It depends. If your grey/gray comes in silver that actually sparkles a bit in sunlight, then embrace it. If it comes in a dank or sallow yellow color, you might want to discuss with a reputable hairdresser whether to dye it, rinse it, or "blue" it. Some grey/gray hair is distinctly unresponsive to dyes and has to have additional processes done to make the dye "work" with such hair. That gets pricey and most women have much better things to pay for with their retirement pensions than spend a sizeable percentage of those (sometimes) meager funds on one's hair.
