As a man, your pro-life position is theoretical and not practical. You cannot get pregnant. Your body doesn't undergo a 40 week hormonal and physical assault. You're not afflicted by bodily changes that impact your gait, your balance, the strain on your spine. Your breasts don't change shape and become sore and then leak. You don't rub cocoa butter into your skin to minimize stretch marks. You don't crave food items only to throw it up when you try to eat it. You don't keep a box of unsalted saltines to dissolve in your mouth so you don't hurl at inopportune moments. Your ankles don't swell and you don't waddle. You don't take iron tablets that require you also take a lubricant pill so constipation isn't a daily problem. You don't endure hours of discomfort/pain to give birth. Some of us bear these atrocities and assaults on our bodies gladly and willingly because bearing and rearing children is viewed by us as a selfless act of love for our partner and the child. But women who do not want to do this should not be forced to by the gender who takes no part in it other than as a bemused JAFO (just another f*cking observer).

@piranhapout Don't put your moral code on me. I am not the topic here. Do you know WHY Roe vs Wade was passed? The Boomers were coming of age. The government realized that, if each Boomer had the 3-4 (or more) children their parents did, the USA wouldn't have enough jobs to employ them. As it is, I had college graduate friends with PhD's of the late 60s and 70s who were driving taxis in NYC. Female graduates were lucky to get secretarial jobs. Zero Population Growth (ZPG) encouraged us to have only our biological replacements. Abortion then became legal nation wide.
