Her daughter, Amy, was the most obnoxious kid in America. She was, what, 8, going to State Dinners and then reading a book at table. I felt sorry for the dignitaries sitting next to her. When the hostess "turned the table," some poor schmuck was sitting, silenced, while li'l Amy pondered that thrilling second grade reader.
