I remember that incident where the man who developed hardware that could allow a water powered engine, and at the same time, many years ago a fellow in the UK developed the same kind of mechanism, and what happened, a major oil company who I cant name here, bought the patent from him and low and behold that was the end of it. It's all about money at the end of the day.
