  3. If they delay the emergency services it should be an automatic jail sentence, but that won't happen unless it affects a politician, I don't hear them protesting in the house of comedians at Westminster.

  4. Problem in the UK is that the country is in such a poor state that the prisons are full to the extent that it was reported that it can take up to three years to prosecute these idiots causing delays to people who are only trying to get on with life.  @starpawsy
